In the short term you’re probably best to try getting OpenGL working on your machine. When I’ve got some spare time, I’ll double check the behavior with -nogl. Very few people run it that way, so it’s not that well tested.

The are many direct play clients better than NextPVR.exe IMO. The web app isn't direct play but if you can live with transcoding and minimal playback control than it is ok. There is a new version on NextPVR coming which uses SkiaGraphics differently, but did you try a DirectX9 install?

Yes, I did install DirectX9 and it's the same behavior. What I pasted up there was just the error that pops inside the client when using the -nogl. I was just trying to keep this machine a little more simple, it's not necessary to have any fancy front ends on it but I will look into using something else. Adding the logs if you want to review. I didn't know if they'd be any different than the previous ones I posted. Appreciate all your time.

Does renaming/removing NPVRCCExtractor.ax from the client folder help?
