NextPVR closes when you click play

When I have a recorded program from a FLEX on NextPVR and I select it and then click play NextPVR just closes completely. Any suggetions would greatly appreciated. Thanks

It doesn't look like DirectX is installed properly on your device. Perhaps you are using Remote Desktop or need to finish installing a new PC?

Thanks for helping. Running DirectX 12. No updates available. Same computer. No remote desktop that I know of.

That might not be often, maybe check https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download...aspx?id=35 which installs full DirectX

We've not seen anyone else with this problem. As Martin said, please supply logs.

OK. Just tried it twice and twice the NextPVR just closed. Here are the log files.

Also when I click Live TV NextPVR doesn't do anything.
