Your problem don't look like the started with the update.
You have a dual tuner and a Realtek tuner. The Realtek driver is notably unreliable in Windows and I see this every time it starts up, including logs from one month ago. 2023-07-11 15:01:01.127 [DEBUG][4] No BDA capture filter for this device The Hauppauge tuner seems to be working, disable the Realtek tuner and see if things improve. However note your manual recording rules seem to be broken so they won't work and you need to properly install the LAV32 decoders for playback to work in NextPVR.exe (desktop) client. Martin

Made some progress, installed (or possibly re-installed, can't remember if I had it previously ) LAVfilters. Now able to watch Live TV on Desktop & Web apps, but only in SD, still getting the Streaming Failed (transcoder exited) error on both apps.

The LAV filters aren't used for the web player. We'd need to see the new logs.

It confirms what I suspected about the Realtek tuner, I had problems with it before when using it for SDR. I edited it's channel list and removed the HD channels and it seems OK, but I will replace it. I had already disabled it and got the HD channels working on the Web app. The Desktop still doesn't like HD channels, it starts to play then stops and carries on like that. Not sure what you mean about the manual recording rules being broken ? I've attached logs taken after installing the LAV filters

The Realtek is still enabled so hard to say, I don't know enough about how the BDA works so if you want to use it sub will need to help. I would disable it entirely and try and use the Hauppauge device which seems to be working.
You have two recurring All Channel recordings that are failing just delete them and recreated the. Martin
