Nlite freezes on channel exit

Has anyone experienced Nlite freezing to a blue screen when you exit a live channel when it should be going back to the program guide?  I now have this happening on a second computer setup.  This is getting frustrating.  I want to deploy Nlite for use with my mother but cannot.
Hope someone can help me with this.
I have enclosed the logs from the server.  If there are logs from the Nlite system I do not know where to find them.

Do you mean like a windows blue screen error message?

No It is the Nlite light blue screen. No text... Or I get a dark screen...Then I have to do a control alt delete to close Nlite from task manager.

I'm not sure what could cause that. I haven't seen it here.

Does it only happen with live tv, or also with playback of recordings?

I do not record much so I would have to say I just see it when watching live tv.

When it's in a locked up state, you could try running

procdump.exe -ma <process-id>

It'll generate a dump file I can try loading into a debugger here.

Can you replace your NPVRTSReader5.ax in the nlite directroy with that attached version, then collect another dump.

This wont fix anything, but will mean we're at least running the same version, so looking at the same thing.
