[UK] Lost all Channel 4 HD Freeview listings on Kodi clients

I'm running NextPVR 6.1.4.230625 and Kodi's NextPVR PVR Client v20.4.3.

I have Kodi running on both Windows and Android and they all have lost listings for Channel 4 HD on Freeview.  The NextPVR web client shows the the full guide as you'd expect.

I've tried emptying and rescanning the EPG but that's not made any difference; I've run out of ideas to investigate this.

Did you trying resetting the PVR database in Kodi Settings->PVR too? If the data doesn't appear after that follow the directions on sending Kodi and NextPVR logs here https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/get-help

Hi, yes I did reset the PVR data too but still C4HD is empty.

I've attached the NPVR and Kodi logs, Kodi logs from from I cleared the PVR data.

I don't see the Kodi logs, logs have to be zipped or you can provide the URL that Kodi can make for you.

Note the EPG was still scanning when you tried with Kodi.

Thanks, in your browser what is the missing channel id from this? You have several channels with not much data.

Yes, there are shows in the second link though Firefox doesn't parse the XML in the browser, I get this error:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Though looking at the source I do see data, the parsing stops I think due to a (non-standard?) character after "RAF", see attached image.

Yes there's a problem in the XML That 8 near the end of this line in the Kodi log shows a parsing error, I guess I should log the error better in a future release.

You probably need to install one of sub's other programs TS Capture https://www.tscapture.com/ and grab a 1 minute full mux of the the frequency for that channel and post a link to the ts file on external storage like GoogleDrive or OneDrive

Thanks. I am assuming it is still failing for you but no funny character here and the xml is valid. I did notice that you guys spell skillful as skilful when browsing the guide but otherwise normal from what I see.

Now not sure if sub can test with the HDHR method, lets's wait to see what he says.
