My EPG is missing listings for  Channel 8.1-8.6 (8.1 is Fox)and PBS 12.1-12.4. There may be others as well, but they are stations I don't watch, so I don't know if I normally get those. I defiantly normally get 8 and 12.  In fact, before doing a complete reinstall of Linux and NextPVR I had the days listing currently missing. That reinstall seems to be what triggered this issue.  System info: System:

Don't paste snippets, attach the zipped logs from the main Settings web page and zip up anything else you want to post.

Your EPG source is a joke though, no major and minor and I suspect the channel names don't auto map so you need to do them manually. You were using Schedule Direct and it is the easiest to use and worth the subscription in North America.

If you must use XMLTV maybe try the HDHRGuide utility I wrote. You can use the guide data on all digital channels

I use SD. No way I would ever deal with all of the work of using XMLTV with how cheap SD is. Especially since it's a non-profit that supports Open source programing. All of that data(sorry for not zipping it) comes from the SD website. Everything automapped correctly. Nearly every chnnell shows as mapped to SD.The stations I'm not getting listings for show as getting epg data from SD.  Is there a way to tell if SD is actually sending listings? Could the issue be on there end?

Ok, that's why we ask for the NextPVR zipped logs not snippets then we don't have to make assumptions.

What you probably did it used the cable or satellite listing and not the OTA listing which likely explains why the mapping isn't working. It will be at the bottom of the list USA-OTA-70... After selecting that go tot Settings-Channels and reset all ATSC to None and then automap to the good lineup.

Nope, I had it set to OTA for my zip code. I checked it multile times. If I had it set to satellite or cable I wouldn't have gotten sub-channels on the stations I did get. There is no 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3 on satellite or cable. The listings came through last night. I suspect CD  had an issue with listings for my area and must have resolved it. Guess I should have use the link on there page for notifying them about listing problems. But I wasn't sure.

Scanning major.minor has nothing to the EPG source you are using. You really need to send zipped logs when you want help in the future.
