It's is not showing LAV enabled. Did you go to the decoders screen https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/player-settings to do that?
The wiki can be helpful with info like that and how to post logs etc. Martin

I set it up as the screen shot in the instructions say and it now works...thanks!
It is strange however. I setup 2 machine(brand new windows install) to use next PVR. The other one didn't need LAV....weird...

NextPVR will use default video and audio decoders so on the working machine you probably are using the Microsoft decoder and it might have worked, but in general it is not as good as LAV.
