Audio but No video

In the windows client I get audio but the screen just sits on the ...please wait... screen.  If I watch though a web browser it works.  Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this?

I've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall...no dice.

Try installing the LAV decoders from https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters...taller.exe

Installed but it didn't seem to fix it. Is there any associated configuring that I need to do?

Did you install the 32 bit version?

i default is both x86 and x64 so that's what I went with.

Where is the log located?

In the web app, in the Settings->About page, click 'Log Files'

Please download and attach the zipped logs from that page. That info is not relevant

You need to attach the logs zip file.
