No its ask for transaction ID

Its specifically ask for paypal Transaction ID

It does ask for a paypal transaction id, but tells you to use the email address if that doesn't work.

The transaction id from the NextPVR 'thank you' email will work. It might not accept the paypal transaction id from your payment history etc, since sometimes they give NextPVR a different transaction id than what they give the payer.

After putting in donation information and retrying, link still do not work.

You probably need to tick the 'Allow unauthenticated access for streaming Live TV / Recordings' setting in Settings->Access

Its selected and I restared service, but link still not working

Try again, then use the Settinsg->About->Logs button to collect the logs and post them here. It'll tell me why these calls are not working.

Did you do the call immediately before zipping the logs? if so, it doesn't look like the request made it to NextPVR

What app are you using to try getting to these urls? Is it on the same machine?
