Just taking Jellyfin out of the mix for now, if you open your web browser at http://localhost:8866/index.html (so you see the NextPVR web app), then change your browser url to http://localhost:8866/service?method=channel.xmltv, do you see the xmltv listings?

Can you post a screenshot of the message it gives you?

It could be a timeout too, how many IPTV channels do you have? Your server is pretty heavily loaded with Kodi and Jellyfin making requests and Jellyfin wants art for every show in the current guide.

I don't have a problem with nextpvr, just trying to download m3u and xml.
And I cannot access the link that should download the xml and m3u.
