Download M3u and XML from NEXTPVR

So how do i download the XML and M3u?

Usually wouldn't download them, but instead just enter them in some other application that is intending to use them, and they'd understand the m3u and xmltv formats

If you wanted to download, you could do:

curl -O http://192.168.1.22:8686/service?method=channel.xmltv

Actually - how did you end up on port 8686, instead of port 8866? That's probably why it was failing to connect.

In my first reply I told you channel.m3u would load but fail to display, borwsers don't now m3u files

Again why are you using these with Jellyfin it makes no sense?

Nextpvr adds tv-id to the xml file. I want to use the xml file outside of Jellyfin, or use xml in jellyfin with different m3u .

Ok, so that was why all these requests earlier in this thread were failing.

Ultimately, you probably shouldn't expose your server to the internet, so wouldn't matter if you were still using the same port as everyone else.

It would make no sense to expose NextPVR the internet with Unauthorized access on. A port scan takes microseconds, not much security there.

When I add live tv using XML and m3u in jellyfin I'm not getting poster of movie,
But when I add it using the NEXtPvr add-in it shows the posters.

Is this only possible using the pluggin?
