You'll probably need to show us your attempt to record the channel, so we can check if had to transcode to get it into a format NextPVR could understand.

Most IPTV sources are already in a format NextPVR already understands, so you just end up with a copy of the stream.

Some IPTV streams use weird formats, and NextPVR has to use ffmpeg to convert it to a format NextPVR can understand. When this happens, you might end up with only the primary audio stream. This may be what is happening for you.

Attachments need to be zipped and under 2MB. Get the logs from the Settings web page and post video samples on external storage (I already posted that).

Probably a musical is not the best test, there is very little dialog plus there are burnt in subtitles. It is marked qaa though which might might impact the client (you never told us which one).

It is a direct ts download though so NextPVR will get everything in the ts file. We are talking audio tracks not subtitles right?

about the client I'm not sure what do you mean, the provider? the application I'm using is the NextPVR web interface. the provider of the service s a private ip tv provider here in my city. I already use the IOS, Apple TV and android clients if that makes any difference. in all of them the language is Spanish and in the client application e.g web interface or another client I can see 2 AAC language tracks for the live streamings. but then the recorded one only ships one.
