CBS-Greenbay was not transcoding even to the browser so again it is not every channel.  For channels that transcode maybe take your URL from the m3u file and let us know what these show.

curl -I URL

and

curl URL

Martin

Do I curl -I or curl?

CBS stations were from local machine, other ones are from other pc, they do they same process - capture chrome window as a m3u.

EPLUS is espn/fox channels that are grabbed from TVE

I want you to try two command curl -I gives the HEAD which helps NextPVR determine what kind of stream it is and without -I is should show either an m3u8 playlist or binary ts stream.

OK so, just add curl -I before each channel?

I want you to run these two command from the command prompt using the URL you have entered the m3u file. The capture the screen output and post it here. If the curl URL comment is binary it will tell you that. ie

curl -I https://test-streams.mux.dev/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8
curl https://test-streams.mux.dev/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8

If you have trouble capturing the screen type add -o filename.txt

I want you to run them from the command prompt, DOS box, Terminal whatever you want to call it. Windows Start -> cmd is one way.

I don't want you to run them with my sample URLs I want the URL of one URL that its transcoding.

I will use my test URL as an example

curl -I https://test-streams.mux.dev/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8 -o head.txt
curl https://test-streams.mux.dev/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8 -o m3u8.txt

You can then zip those and attach them to a file.

You might not always get the HEAD the command with the -I so the m3u8 file is most important, but if you get one it could tell us something.
