Fail To start Live TV

Started off seeing this error in the logs:

"System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8866"

Saw that I was several versions out off date and updated.  Now don't see any error but still not working.

This worked last week and the machine has been shutoff since then.

Live TV is working on another PC on the same network.

Looks like you might need to rescan, channel 22.1 isn't locking (or is in use on another device on your system. If you are running multiple instance of NextPVR that could be the problem (both tuners are in use)

Disreguard....started working after the 3rd reboot.  No clue...
