I wanted to add that it appears I have the exact same issue since upgrading to v7, also on Windows. I'm in the UK with both Freesat and Freeview tuners. Most of my channels have merged capture sources, though it doesn't seem that's related - at least half the channels are missing EPG. I was using the "Freesat (UK)" options for a lot of channels previously and noticed that none of these had EPG so I went through and changed ALL channels to "DVB/ATSC EPG" and that fixed some of those.

One thing I did notice when I checked a couple of those merged channels in the DB - the working ones had the Freeview tuner referenced, whereas those not working referenced the Freesat tuner. Can I manually edit that XML block, or somehow force NPVR to choose the Freeview tuner when I choose "DVB/ATSC EPG" on those merged ones? Other than that I was going to look more closely at non merged channels - Freeview only vs Freesat only to figure out exactly what works and doesn't.

Anyway, I haven't had time to look too much more into it and I haven't captured the logs yet, was going to try a few different things myself first before asking for support, but if there's anything I can check let me know.

Not trying to hijack the thread, I can start a new one if it turns out my issue is different etc Smile

I will be different, the ATSC logic issue I can easily duplicate here is very different then the Freesat and even Freeview logic so yes open a new thread and don't hijack this thread. After setting Freesat make sure you do a fresh scan with a current ini file since channel moves will impact EPG too.

Hey Sub. Any progress on the cause or a fix for my issue since I replaced the NShared.dll and provided new logs a few days ago?

Can you try again with this one an repost the logs? I don't expect it to have fixed anything, but I've made some logging changes.

NShared file replaced again, EPG emptied and then re-updated (~80-90% of listings missing after one update). Fresh logs attached. Thanks!

Hmm, are you sure you updated that dll? I removed some log messages which are still in your logs.

I was going to say that I didn't see devices.log change and the DeviceHost used the same instance from last night so I don't think the copy would have worked.

Odd. Replaced the dll again just now, emptied the EPG, updated it, and ran new logs again. Attached.
