I can't seem to get either http://epg.utako.moe/jcom.xml or https://animenosekai.github.io/japantere.../guide.xml working in EPG. Just shows (no listings). Happy to create another thread for this though.

The first one worked here so I expect your source m3u probably is correctly linked or you have VPN issues fetching it.

I can see what the issue (weird stuff to do with digest security). I've never come across an IPTV service that works this same way. I have managed to get it working though.

They also had some weird stuff going on with the formatting of the "#EXTINF:" lines, so the channel name was not being picked up correctly. I've also fixed that.

This updated nshared.dll should do the job for you.

The EPG mappings didn't work automatically because the channel names don't match (as far as I can tell), so you have to manually map them on the Settings->Channels screen. Thankfully it's not many channels, so wont take you long. I did this with a couple of channels, and then their listings showed up just fine.

Ka pai! That's brilliant thank you. Is there a way to export NShared.dll to .xml once it's loaded into NextPVR?

Also yes, I have just discovered the mapping for EPGs. Just making my way through it with the limited Japanese skills I have.

Thank you so much again for working this out.

Ok you've confused m3u8 with m3u before so yes NextPVR can export an m3u file https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...pid=592776

Thanks mvallevand, you've probably guessed I'm not particulary savvy with NextPVR. I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to be doing with the NShared.dll. I was hoping on having a way to import a .m3u using my that credentials sub was able to get working.

OK I understand now. You have to replace the NShared.dl that exists with the new one. However you never told us what platform you are using or sent logs so it is hard to offer more help. Seeing /home/recordings it could be Docker so you will need to copy it to /app and restart the Docker.

Hmmm, that's what I thought, because I saved the old NShared.dll as NShared.dll.bak and replaced it with the new one, restarted and nothing has changed. I'm using NextPVR on Debian LXC.
