transcoding only makes 'Temp' files

After an update of (Win10) and/or NPVR, my automatic transcoding at first did not work anymore.
When I changed settings to "CPU" encoding, it works again, but it creates 'temp-files like: 

The Big Bang Theory_20250226_19402010.temp.mp4

in stead of the normal file name.
So, I suppose the transcoding did not fully finish?
Any idea what I can do?

Others have reported this issue and I have duplicated it too. To confirm you have the same issue and to help sub logs need to be zipped, just send the zipped logs NextPVR creates for you on the Settings page.

Note that if you watch in-progress recordings past the end there is no way to avoid the problem.

Thank you Martin. I try to add the logs here again. It might give a hint to a developer to see what goes wrong?

I did not watch the show at the same time it was recording by the way :-)

Are you are trying to attach the zip file from the settings screen and it is under 2MB?

Ah, it seems my zip-log just over 2.2 MB? (I used the below box to drag-and-drop)

Either use a site like Google drive or OneDrive or try and prune and old files other than nrecord*

That worked and you are seeing what others see even with no thumbnails. Some more logic is going to be needed I think maybe to do with cache write time.
