Hey all, I've been using NextPVR for a few months and love it, thank you for the great work!

Would it be possible to somehow allow to temporarily disable a device?

My use case is that my IPTV provider only allows 1 connection at the time and while I use a Kodi client to connect to the NextPVR backend when at home, I'd like to be able to use a "regular" IPTV app on my iPad to connect directly to my provider while on the go.
Currently, even if no one is watching IPTV at home, my provider always assumes a connection is active unless I completely remove the device from NextPVR.
This forces me to re-add everything from scratch when I'm back home, which is a PITA.

My server running NextPVR is not exposed to the internet and, living in the EU, the NExtPVR iOS app is no longer available for me.

Thanks in advance!

You can disable the tuner with a control right click but you would also need to disable EPG update (which is probably your issue) I think you can remove the time to do that.

Hey Martin, sorry I had completely missed your reply.

I'm using the web interface of NextPVR through a browser (the machine where it is running doesn't have a GUI).
Do you know if there's any way of achieving the control + right click behaviour you describe through the web interface?

Cheers,
Pico

In the web interface, when you have the Settings | Devices page displaying, pressing the Control key will change the options on the right side of each tuner device listing from the up and down arrows to Disable/Enable and Delete. You can then click the Disable option to temporarily disable a tuner device.
