Device setup needs a 'check all' box after the scan

I'm using a HDHomerun Prime and a cable card from my provider.  Even though I've got the 10+ channels service, during device setup and scan I get about 200, including a bunch of music station.  I have more channels I want to get rid of than keep, and the setup requires unchecking one by one.  I'd love if NPVR had a 'select all' box.

You can tick this to toggle between 'check all' / 'uncheck all'

or if you're using v4, you can right click for context menu.

@sub, I am on version 4. your screen shot looks totally different than mine, but your suggestion to use the context menu worked fine. thanks very much.

so you're on an unmodified V. 5? its nice to see it'll be there when I upgrade.
