I don't really understand what that means Martin

There is a field with PID list, this is what appears in it when tuned to BBC1

0,259,2305,2319,2321,3840,3841,3842,3843,3844,3846,3847,3849,3851,5200,5201,5203,5204,5205

The only settings that I seem to be able to change are

LNB Settings

And Tuner settings

I did change the LNB from the default just by googling what the frequency should be

The pids are provided on the scan. It just surprised me to to see all the unnecessary PIDs being sent.

The only thing I might suggest is that if your SAT>IP box supports the pids=all we could try a full mux capture to really test the quality and see how it plays. Maybe 2 minutes for good measure. You need the IP of your SAT>IP receiver.

Code:
ffmpeg -rtsp_flags satip_raw -i "satip://IP:554/?src=1&freq=10788&sr=23000&pol=v&fec=34&msys=dvbs&mtype=8psk&ro=0.35&plts=on&pids=all" -map 0 -c copy -f data  -t 60 -y fullmux.ts

If it works the file will be around 400MB and needs to be sent with an external link.

Sorry Martin I'm going to need a bit more spoon feeding than that lol

Am I running that in a command windows on the PC where my NextPVR server is hosted? Where am I typing the IP address of my Sat-IP server. Where is the video files output directory specified? I am on windows

Yes a command or terminal window.

Any PC

Replace IP in my example with the real IP.

You can specify the file location if you want to enter one

It does not seem to be capturing anything, looks like it quit itself after a minute (magenta text)

Weird thing is when it was glitching just now playing on the NextPVR Kodi addon, I also played the same stream on my phone using the Jellyfin plugin.  No glitching at all on that.

Not all devices support pids=all or maybe tuner 1 was in use if your server doesn't log not much we can do.

No point in comparing intermittent signal strength problems. Transcoding for the phone will remove some bad output but it can't restore missing video it just looks different.

Maybe try msys=dvbs2 to see if that changes things too and maybe set &plts=off

I have a feeling that my router may have been the cause of the dropped packets. I had to do a reboot on it and have not had any issues since.

I have also noticed when copying a large amount of data (video files) to the PC which hosts my NextPVR server which is also my Jellyfin server that the signal starts to break up if I am watching live TV. As soon as the copying finishes the signal is fine again. I may end up putting the NextPVR server on its own dedicated PC.
