I've tried many things, but keep getting the dreaded "Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)" in the web client http://localhost:8866/channels.html.
PVRNext app says: Unable to find available capture device (HDHR stream not available).
HDHomeRun is on my LAN.  Both the HDHomeRun tuners show up in Devices and find the channels.
Windows 11 on Proxmox with working GPU passthrough, e.g., Geekbench identifies the RX 560 and tests it.

Any help is much appreciated!

No need to dread that error, it is a catchall and typically means bad configuration.

Check the HDHR logs, at http://192.168.0.108 it is returning a 503 on Fox

WebException: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Service Unavailable.

Maybe you are using the HDHR with other software? You didn't set up tuner 1 yet so it won't fail over to a second tuner. Also earlier you tested with the required Silicondust software installed so ATSC mode would have failed, it might have left the server in a bad state and you might need to reboot the server.

Finally testing the same channel over and over is not a good as testing other channels.

Okay.  Good info.

http://192.168.0.108 identifies a different, much shorter, list of channels and those work.  Curious why they get different lists of channels.
Maybe those lower channels have moved to a new tech as my Homerun is very old?

I am getting some hiccups and total stops in the stream.  The host Windows 11 box doesn't seem very taxed looking at Task Manager.  Maybe network congestion?

You can get different channels using an ATSC scan and an HDHR scan. Pick one or the other. The ATSC scan might pick up channels too weak to use.

Best to install the Silicondust software on your Windows PC that servers NextPVR and do a rescan. The hiccups etc are probably just a weak signal.
