Not picking unused tuner to record while watching live tv

I’m having an issue with NextPVR not picking an unused tuner to record while I’m watching live tv. I will be watching a show and rather than start recording with an available tuner a message pops up asking something like if I want to switch channels to record or to keep watching live tv and skip the recording. I then have to exit live tv and wait for the recording to start and then when I go back to live tv it will select a different tuner. I have a total of four tuners. Any ideas why it does this. I am running the latest version.

It looks like you haven't scanned the second HDHR tuner Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10422BEA-1 Open it and if doesn't give you then option to copy the EPG click the trash can on the right and close then reopen.
