settings devices screen?

no channels have been setup. cant find settings screen pls advise.

I have a haugpage 1800 TV tuner, (connected to antenna an plugged into a PCI port using windows10pro.

Settings are web based for multi-platform NextPVR maybe check the wiki https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki
