*Resolved* EPG Data

I just installed NextPVR on my headless Debian (Trixie) server and it seemed to be working fine after getting permissions set. I think added my IPTV list. It seemed to work fine though it only imported guide data until around 4pm. Since then I can't get it to retrieve any more guide data. I've hit update EPG several times but nothing past 4pm.

I sent my logs to Sub per the many message I found searching this forum but I was wondering if this was common and if someone had a simple fix.

I searched the logs all night and found this at the end to be correct.

No /var/opt/nextpvr/scripts/PostUpdateEPG.sh file found

I don't have anything in the /var/opt/nextpvr/scripts folder. How do I download the scripts and why are they not included with the installer?

Typically you attach logs to the post and not via PM if you want faster support. Sub does encrypt some information in the logs dealing with providers. I have a general policy that I will not support be PM unless I need logs or private URLs

There are no scripts included to download your EPG, creating those is your responsibility.. However for IPTV if you entered the correct URL when you create your IPTV it is downloaded at the scheduled time(s)

That message is not an "error", it is simply informational to log that you don't have a PostUpdateEPG.sh file. (That can be extremely helpful information when troubleshooting, etc.)

Scripts are not included with the installer because none are required. Scripts simply allow users to do additional customizations or tasks that they want/need for their specific environments.

That was the only thing I saw that might be a problem was the missing scripts???

Please avoid submitting tickets regarding EPG. We are aware of the issue for EPG not loading and are working to bring it back online.
