Tuner TBS-6209 SE

Hi everyone, I'm considering purchasing the TBS-6209se DVB-T2 card and then the TBS 6909 DVB-S2. I'd like to know if they're compatible with NextPVR and if anyone has any suggestions/advice from those using them: 4K support, channel switching speed, installation tips.

I can't offer you any advice on those devices but are you using Windows? Otherwise for TBS devices you need to be able to build your own kernel. It is a bit of a pain in LibreELEC (I build my own for the TBS 5530).

For the TBS 6909 there were a couple of the threads that were never resolved. You might need some work with sub Do you really need 8 simultaneous frequencies? On Windows multi-rec should work.

Yes, I use Windows, and honestly, I don't need eight receivers at once. But since it's not expensive and only uses one PCI-e slot, I thought I'd get the top-of-the-line card. This way, I can finally eliminate the mix of cards (and software conflicts) I have: Digital Device, HDHomerun, and unify everything on a single card.
