Trouble getting NPVR to see Colossus 2

I have Win10 system with Colossus 2 board installed with old version 4 of NPVR installed that was working until a win update broke it.

So I:
Uninstalled Happauge drivers and Capture app
uninstalled NPVR

Then:
Installed Happauge capture app and drivers
installed NPVR V5

Happague capture app works fine but NPVR doesnt see the colossus 2 board in devices.
It sees a Happauge Sienna Crossbar device instead, which doesnt work as attached..

All I want NPVR to do is to schedule recordings via the HDMI port.

WHat am I doing wrong?

Funny two posts like that recently. That is the correct name of the device driver HDPVR is for a class of devices like the Colossus and the HDVPR.

Upload you zipped logs from the main settings page and we can help you.

I did not see any ability to extract logs from the main setting page, how do I get the log files, or where are they?

There is a log files button on the main web page (it is labelled About on the left side menu) send the zip it creates.

I don't see any issue or attempt to start the device. Is the problem that you don't have any source file to enter when you you click the device and it asks for the source? If so create this file https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid577751 and store it as your XMLTV file and use that.

Do I need to do this if all I ever want to do is record from the HDMI input?

I must have not created or modified the XML file correctly??
Here is the file and when I hit import nothing happens..

D: doesn't tell which path you put it in. Based on your logs you installed NextPVR normally so put the file here

C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\

and use C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\JTXML.XML

Since
