Audio and video not synchronized?

I installed the latest version of NextPVR on Windows 11 64bit ,  the hardware is an older PC ,MB ASUS Prime B250M-K , CPU Pentium G4560, 16GB DDR4. DVB-T2 USB AverMedia T310.
As Encoder I  tried CPU and Intel.

Everything works, but the audio is delayed by more than a second compared to the video.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anywhere where I could set anything in NextPVR regarding codecs or their synchronization. 
Can anyone advise where to set this up?

Have you read the Wiki Player section?
It tells you how to get to the settings.
Also, have you installed the 32bit LAV codecs? These are better than the default Microsoft ones for playback.
If you still have a problem after adjusting the settings, post logs after attempting playback.
