Schedule nightly channel update

Hi all,

My provider has some channels with no EPG, and the programming information for the day in the channel name. Accordingly this name changes every day. I'm wondering if there's a way to schedule a nightly refresh of the device channels (not the EPG) so this can always be kept current.

I've looked around, but haven't been able to find a specific guide that works for this.

Most providers have this and with the xc API I think improvements are possible.  However this really only works for sports and ppv that change value in a predictable category not real channels that change titles.  Providers do vary go they do this too so it will take tweaking.
