New iOS/tvOS/macOS client (StreamClient)

I have played with it a bit. Observations:
- Playback is excellent. Starts fast and handles flaws well.
- Skipping is excellent. Almost instantaneous. For me 30 forward and 10 back is perfect, and the option to adjust is very nice.
- interface is nice.
- very stable, so far.
- Playback of in progress recordings fails: if you start watching 10 minutes after a recording started (for example), it freezes at the 10 minute mark. You have to exit and return.
- no navigation other than the short skips.
- re above, if you finish watching a show, the only way to get back to the beginning seems to be a lot of skipping back.

Looking forward to see where this goes.

I released a new TestFlight build yesterday to address some of the recordings playback issues. Playing from beginning a recording in progress should now continue past the initial duration. 
You can also watch from beginning a previously watch recording.

Finally, an iOS client for us Europeans too So far, with the latest build, I haven’t encountered any playback issues, either with live streams or recordings. I still need to try setting up a recording and starting playback whilst it’s recording, but I’ll do that in the next few days.
With last week’s build, the live streams from channels configured in extras.xml for use via FFmpeg weren’t working, but with this latest one there are no issues.

This is a hard one to tackle! The MPV player use the duration of the video when loaded and stops at the end of this duration. Right now the solution is to chain a fresh version of the same stream. This causes a small pause and maybe a replay of the last 1-2 seconds. But perfect but it works   I'll keep improving in it...

From Safari can you try to access (replacing the xx:xx by your nextPVR IP address):
http://192.168.xx.xx:80/services/service...ormat=json

You should see something like this, confirming the iPhone can access the NextPVR API on port 80:
