Previously working EPG's failing to work

Hi there,
A week or so ago my EPG's started to fail completely. I tried manually refreshing them without luck. I deleted all my sources, still the EPG's would not update. I deleted the /opt/nextpvr directory to restart fresh. Did not seem to work, as after reinstalling it remembered all my login details.

If I open in a browser the URL for the EPG, it takes a long time given the size but loads fine. In the app I use on my phone and my daughter uses on her iPad the EPG loads fine, it is just on next PVR.

Can anyone assist me with resolving this?

You are better off posting the zipped logs, reinstalling the software will rarely help.

The logs definitely show an issue with the xc code xmltv file. If it isn't the username or pasword, perhaps your provider changed something and maybe the required a different user agent. Contact them to find out.

I contacted them first and nothing has changed. If I put the URL in my browser, it downloads. It works on the TV using Smarters, it works on iPhone and iOS using UHF.
It was working perfectly on nextpvr for months, and then just stopped working on nextpvr. I have two private IPTV providers and 1 local free provider, all 3 will not populate the EPG here.
So it is not the provider, it is something with the nextpvr and my setup which is the issue.

I send you a PM asking for some more information. Some sites do change things like limiting the number EPG downloads and since you use your account on multiple machines that could be a problem.

Thanks for the PM. It worked for me no errors and took about 5 seconds to download the file so something is potentially wrong at your end VPN they both seem to be network timeouts. Since XC can't be edited maybe you need to remove and readd the accounts

VPN - nailed it.
Something changed with the VPN, not sure what but changing the openvpn file to a different end point worked. Not sure why it made a difference for the EPG and every other internet service continued to work, but changing the location and EPG was magical and fast
