I just installed the new windows version.  I now have a problem with all video/audio playback.  Both the desktop and web apps video are badly broken up.  Severe stuttering that will often result in a full freeze of screen.   All recordings prior to the new install and after the install all have the problem.  However ALL recordings prior to the new install and even those recorded after the new install do play perfectly with any third party multimedia app.

Logs are attached.

Can you please supply a sample recording? Put it somewhere like onedrive or google drive.

I'll check playing that recording here.

The problem is not the recording.  I've attached a short clip of a recorded show a few minutes ago.  I hope it's small enough to post here as an attachement?

Any attachments would be too small you need to use an external link to a bigger file maybe 50-100MB

Yes but all my recordings from this part of the world are working great with it. I wanted to see if there is anything different about your broadcasts/recordings from your part of the world that could be causing it an issue.

I'll need a decent sized recording. At least a few minutes. As mentioned above, don't attach it here, put it somewhere like onedrive or googledrive and let us know the download link.

It will take me a while to do that.  Been a while since I've done any kind of large file transfer.  I assume you don't want a video that has been cut or edited etc.  Smallest recording I have is 2 to 3 GB.  I'm going to start start a short 10 minute recording and send you that later.  Don't use one drive or google etc. here.  Haven't used my drop box account in years.  I'll get something for ya as soon as possible.  Meanwhile I have no problem using VLC to watch my NextPVR recordings.  Here's some data on the system if needed.

I understand the situation.   FWIW to make matters worse Microsoft just installed a large update to my system 4 days ago and of course I've been working around the clock trying to get things back to normal.

Using sub's CutChunk utility is fine. https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/CutChunk

Maybe https://limewire.com/ or https://filetransfer.io/

I personally have no luck with most files with Web UI client so I avoid it. I also saw you have qsv errors so turn off hardware encoding if you want to use the web player. Stick with NextPVR.exe for best performance but I will be upload yauiclient 3 in the next day or two as an alternative to VLC

Long tiime no talk Martin ... I have a link to send to you or sub that should let you get the 1 gb file you need. Will that do? My drop box account has long since expired but it still works in free (as in slow) mode with a max 2 gb transfer. <grin>
