Just replace the existing NPVRTSReader5.ax with this new one. This new one adds additional logging.

Probably in C:\Program Files\NextPVR\Client directory on your machine.

Unfortunately I didn't get to this until after the news had started. It started with the issue. Now, I have to see if I can replicate it.

Question - does YAUICLIENT use LavFilters like NextPVR?

I switched to it to watch the news after the issue, and noticed that the sound level was notably HIGHER. Made me again wonder if my LavFilters are installed or set right. But that shouldn't impact the synchronization, should it?

No, it doesn't. It use libmpv instead.

Sound level also depends on the audio track sometimes there is a primary track often 5:1 and sometimes there is a secondary track often labelled SPA that is 2:0 If your 5:1 settings are wrong it would be lower.

It'll probably overwrite it on the next attempt. You could try deleting it to be sure though.

Here it is.  No fast forwarding, no subtitles.  Started fine, then audio got ahead of video, then started glitching.
