New USB Stick works with TVRPlayer won't scan channels in NPVR

Hi

My new DVB-T2 stick installed OK and I can view various channels on supplied software TVRPlayer.
NPVR doesn't find any channels on the detected device. I don't know what is going wrong.
Help.

The Astrometa devices are cheap for a reason. Seeing this

your first step would be to install https://www.astrometa.com.tw/news/index.html When the device is plugged in check which device you have.

If it does end you have a two tuner version don't use the Realtek (SDR based) tuner use the Sony tuner.
