I captured an image of this and put it in the zip.

Seem to look the same. I also put them in the zip.

normanr Wrote:Nope I'm adding this filter by GUID. The _textual_ name is purely descriptive, and the GUID's should match your device always. You can confirm this by checking the values in the xml.

Also in zip.

Have played around with graphedit to try and get my sweetspot card to work with the correct settings.

I have added the sweetspot components and rendered them . Then have changed the properties of the various components and have achieved 720x576 YUY2 output.

The graph plays a liveTV feed and gives very good picture quality.

Does this give any clues as to the cause of the 480line 60Hz issue?

I have the Live TV working, but cannot get the Record to work. I have got a copy of the moon ax and registered it, elecard, and LEAD, but still no option for the Video Encoder, only LEAD for the Audio Encoder, and NVIDIA for A/V Muxer. Any ideas?

I've included the logs.

Catglare: try and relax the regex expressions in the config-records.xml file, that should make it so that you can select the encoders, etc.

Thanks, but I don't have a config-records.xml - I have a config-recorders.xml. I do not know what a regex expression, or which one to edit.

build 20 is out:

- Added support for non-capture category video pins. (for ggee)
- Added support for forcing double tuning for stubborn cards. (for faanie)
- Pick correct pin for quality settings (for Kevl)

I've also updated the default filter criteria for the encoders, so there is a wider range to pick from now (as addressed several times in this thread, since the encoder options have grown). Catglare: just use the config-recorders.xml from this new version.

Kevl: can you test this version with your preview pin set back to preview, also can you try hand editing the xml to set the res to 576 lines. If this doesn't work (and it probably won't), please send me a config of the config.exe.log from when you open the capture source config window

Hi

Many thanks for trying to help me with this.

Installed v20 as recommended

Tried setting up software recorder but am still limited to 480 lines. Edited xml file to replace 480 with 576 lines but this caused the sw recorder setup to crash when I went in and tried to edit liveTV settings through the GBPVR config app. The error message complained that 576>480 lines - which seemed fair enough.

Have zipped and attached all log files from GBPVR directory. I have looked at the long file and there is mention of 576 line video mentioned in it. Couldn't see anything interesting in the swrecored logs though.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong with zips files.

When I have it on my PC it is 47K and I can open it. If I attach it to a post in the forum and then redownload it it is 70K and corrupt!

If you cant read zip I can post the text file.

good. Strange it doesn't for me. Perhaps it contains information too disturbing for my pc to accept. 1 copy on hard disk is all that it can tolerate. :-)
