Skin problem?

Hej Have been using the default Blue skin. have now tried several other skins BlueMCE , BluBubbles and some others. after setting these in config the gbpvr application simply doesn't start up. going back to Blue in config it will then start. I have found one other skin that works and this is BlueMCE2

Am I missing somethig or is this a bug

Its mostly because either you've tried old skins that no longer work, or you have plugins installed that cant the settings they need in the current skin.

It's a new install, no previous skins or plugins. Only plug in I have is MyVideos

Bluebubbles wont' work. I haven't updated it in months, and kinda thought nobody was interested.
Skins posted on the new wiki should all work. Ones on the old bladerhq wiki probably won't.

deleted all skins except the default blue, everything back to normal.
Why make skins that dont work. the program is such great work so why publish anything that gives it a hard time.
Tried the different skins on the new wiki page but they don't work.
The gbpvr program simply does not start.

Now suddenly it wont play dvd iso or img files any more.
using powerdvd the work (use daemontools to load image)
I am using the newest version om myvideos.

Going for a new install after cleanup and only use they default skin.
Hope this will solve the dvd play problem inn gbpvr

Why make skins that dont work. the program is such great work so why publish anything that gives it a hard time.

They obviously did work at one stage, but GB-PVR has moved on and the author of these skins havnt updated them to keep them working. There isnt much I can do about this. I cant make their authors keep them up to date. I do make sure the blue skin is always compatible.

I always update ones that people mention they want updated, otherwise things get left behind rather quickly.
I have about 20 skins, and there's just no time for me to keep them all working with all versions, and all plugins all the time.

I've tried all the skins that are on the new wiki, i've not had any trouble with any of time, some i liked some i didn't but they all worked
