Thanks, Jeff. I spent an hour trying to re-install, restore, etc. Next time, I'll check the forum first before wasting my time. Lesson learned.

Jeff:
I just wanted to tell you i liked the new feature of not having to press the ok button on each selection, (current, map, etc) it's a nice touch. I'm assuming it was on purpose.

It actually started as a bug when I was fixing something else, but then I decided I liked it too so I completed it and turned it into a feature.

Yes. The problem was that MSNBC changed the header for the detailed forecast from "Detailed forecast" to "Detailed weather forecast", so the plug-in could not find the detailed forecast on the page. I just use winzip to create the file; I wonder why so many people have trouble with it.

I have a feeling that my problems occur svaing zip files from the forum.
I have no problem saving zip files from the wiki. I have tried saving from the forum with two different computers using different viruscheck SW and different firewall. I guess I have to wait until you put up a new version on the wiki

The problem with zip files started with the new server. I understand some who use a browser other than IE are able to download zips just fine. Those of us using IE seem to have to do the RAR thing, add .zip to the extracted file and then unzip as usual. One extra step but it works.

I use firefox, so maybe that's why I haven't seen a problem.
