Tuning problems

My card on its own software pulls in some 40 stations (video and audio) but none of the setups within the BDA Device Configuration gets more than 5 or so. I am in the Granada catchment area of the UK on the Winter Hill transmitter which is not in the configuration settings. Can I access this transmitter and how? Tks

Have found how to access Winter Hill OK BUT still only get limited number of channels accessed.

Some UK users have had to edit config.xml and set <BDAScanType>2</BDAScanType> to find all channels.
