I'm no expert on the 'My' series of plugins but this suggests to me that you haven't installed something. I tried the latest MyPictures plugin recently for a short time. I know I had to download/install a separate database to get it to work.

I did try installing the MyDatabase plugin, which is just a mdb file into the gbpvr root folder. But that hasn't solved it.
