my notebook's tv tuner is AverMedia MIniPCI Hybrid M115. Do you think it could be compatible with this software???

The analog side of this card wont be compatible, but you probably be able to get the digital side going if you have BDA drivers for this device, though you'll need to add a section to bda.ini for your card.
