When I updated to v.44 I had a problem that XGuide would only show 8 channels. Althoug the Guides.xml file correctly shows the channels that I want to exclude, the Guide2JConfigForm displays the channels to be excluded in the exclude and include tables. I have enclosed an example of the duplicate channels. How do I fix this? (Please note that the regular TV Guide works without any problems.) I have also upgraded to version 9.5.11 tonight and I still have the problem.

Is richard the default guide? Hit the yellow button and select richard.

Yes, Richard is the default guide. I do not use the remote, which key(s) should I push to replicate the yellow button?

Ctrl-Y for yellow (Ctrl-R for red, Ctrl-B for blue and, yes, you guessed it Ctrl-G for green Smile

Thank you Blade se.

Jorm, I did the Ctrl Y and picked Richard (which was already the default guide). It worked yesterday...I had all of the channels. However, today it defaulted to only the 8 channels in XGuide. After I did the Ctrl Y today I still only had the 8 channels showing. I tried other guides and I cannot get all of the channels showing. Any ideas?

Hi Jorm,

Have you had a chance to look at the issue? Most of the time I still only get eight or so channels in XGuide. Accordingly I must use the TV Guide. Every now and then I get to see all of the channels in XGuide, but that is very rare.

Please note that I have uninstalled GB-PVR and all of the plugins and reinstalled them. This error did not disappear.
