Failed recordings but file is there

Im getting recordings that are listed as failed but when I look at the tv directory they are there and will play fine?

I guess I should clarify that they will play fine with wmp from the hd folder.

What version are you running? There was a bug like this in the earlier v0.95 releases which is resolved in the latest release (v0.95.16).

95.16 The show was a duplicate of one I had recorded 3 weeks prior and erased? Not 100% sure if the no duplicates setting affects episodes after they are deleted.
