i'll change the version on the wiki....(i hate the installer!)

Öhm..., ich will ja nix sagen *g* Aber könntest Du Dein .zip bitte mal mit Deiner "neuen Version" Deines erstens Postings vergleichen?

Dottore Zip-File Wrote:<!-- Examples -->
<SpecialElement name="Background" loc="0, 0"/>
<SpecialElement name="Button1" loc="20, 40"/>
<SpecialElement name="Button2" loc="20, 80"/>
<SpecialElement name="Button3" loc="20, 120"/>
<SpecialElement name="FileList" loc="200,40" spacing="29"/>
<SpecialElement name="VideoImage" loc="20,160" size="180,400"/>
<SpecialElement name="currentTr" loc="200,350"/>

...und Deine oben angekündigte Neufassung zum Vergleich...

Dottore New Version Wrote:<SpecialElement name="Background" loc="0, 0"/>
<SpecialElement name="openDrive" loc="20, 40"/>
<SpecialElement name="closeDrive" loc="20, 80"/>
<SpecialElement name="playCD" loc="20, 120"/>
<SpecialElement name="stopCD" loc="20, 160"/>
<SpecialElement name="exit" loc="20, 200"/>
<SpecialElement name="FileList" loc="200,40" spacing="29"/>

Hatte nämlich wieder die gleiche Fehlermeldung @ Objektverweis... *g*

@english
It's not working right now..., excuse my german text, but this problem is easier to formulate within my language. My english isn't very good.

Dottore,

it looks like, that with the following entry within the skin.xml all is good:

skin.xml Wrote:<SpecialElements>
<!-- Examples -->
<SpecialElement name="Background" loc="0, 0"/>
<SpecialElement name="openDrive" loc="20, 40"/>
<SpecialElement name="closeDrive" loc="20, 80"/>
<SpecialElement name="playCD" loc="20, 120"/>
<SpecialElement name="stopCD" loc="20,160"/>
<SpecialElement name="exit" loc="20,200"/>
<SpecialElement name="FileList" loc="200,40" spacing="29"/>
<SpecialElement name="VideoImage" loc="20,160" size="180,400"/>
<SpecialElement name="currentTr" loc="200,350"/>
</SpecialElements>

Now i am optimising this for my own skin... ;-)

Hm, could you please upload a Version without installer? I hate stuff like this... Big Grin

And if there are bugs, or not...; I'll tell you, i promise :p

One Question: Is it possible to use Transparency effects within your plugin.skin? Like the Buttons are transparenc by 80 percent?

yes, i'm planning to add the new foreground-transparency-thing, sub added to the latest gbpvr-release. but currently there is no option for that, sorry. for now, the foreground is at 80%. i think.

you can download the actual version from the wiki. you can either use the super-duper-installer (i use another installer now, and this one works!) or fall back to the zip-version. both are provided at the wiki.

Yeah, the "normal" foreground is at 80%. But the Buttons and the Panel within your plugin doesn't have any transparency... Sad

Jupp, i'll try out the zip-version from the wiki right now :-D

Ok, my reply:

1. Your delivered CommonGBPVRUtilities seems to be very old (1.2.2106.15807), because another Plugin delivered already Version 2.0.2171.22139.

2. You should raise the width of the Track-Title within the "current Track" Window. Many Tracks have such a long name, that this will be wrapped and go through your display of playtime. Don't really looks good.

3. OpenCD, CloseCD, PlayCD, StopCD works great, good work =)

4. Skin seems to be correct, i'll start over with this one.

2. will do that for the next release.
3. i hope so!
4. see 3.

It's the handy-dandy good-tool for playing simple AudioCD's. Should i try a FileBrowser? No way... *g* Your plugin is very good.

I have some ideas for this, but will wait till your next version is out.

well, i need something for a new version, right? so post your ideas, i'll make a list....but this is more for the wishlist. the transparency is something about 10 minutes and the skin-issue is about a few seconds....not enough for a new release Wink
