mmm, not my work. The RecorderTest just loads up all the plugins it can find around.

There's no current functionality to add an extra filter after the capture pin. I guess I could look at adding it. Does the sound work before/after you add the transform filter?

The sound now works in GB-PVR, its just the video that is missing now.

Sorry to barge in here, but i am having a similar problem to you(Brucep)I am also trying to get the compro 300 analog working in gbpvr. At the moment the software plugin works fine in preview mode. Gbpvr will record a file but will not play it back. I can play the file in powerdvd but i do not get any sound.
Do you have the compro software installed?

Do you have the ulead software installed aswell?

Also which mpeg encoder are you using?

Many Thanks Jase

mmm, as I said, nothing that the plugin can handle at the moment. The 'Generic Graph Recording Plugin' is part of the new version of GB-PVR, but it doesn't seem to be exposed yet via the configuration app. Also it's obfuscated, so it's impossible to configure.

Yes, I have the compro software installed and the ulead software as well.

I don't get any video at all on my GB-PVR. I have tried all the mpeg encoders that are listed, but I don't think it matters for my problem as I don't think the encoders are used in liveTV mode.

Below are the Compro drivers that are installed. What version do you have? This is listed in the ComproDTV under Options/System Devices.

Compro MPEG Encoder (for 2.x) 1.0.2.44 registered
Compro MPEG Muxer (for 2.x) 1.0.1.92 registered
Compro Audio Decoder (for 2.x) 2.0.0.29 registered
Compro Video Decoder (for 2.x) 1.0.0.74 registered
Compro MPEG-II Splitter (for 2.x) 1.0.0.90 registered
Compro Scale Filter 1.3.0.2 registered
Compro Dump Filter (TS) 1.6.0.0 registered
Compro Source Filter (TS) 1.1.2.0 registered
Compro MPEG2 Splitter 1.0.4.1 registered
Compro Transform Filter 1.0.1.6 registered
TSTransform 1.0.0.2 registered
Compro Video Decoder 1.3.1.4 registered
Compro Audio Decoder 1.3.0.6 registered
Compro PSI Parser 1.0.2.4 registered
Compro Stream Filter 1.0.0.0 registered
Compro SnapShot 2.0.0.3 registered
Compro Infinite Tee Filter 2.0.0.1 registered
Compro DVB Scale Filter 1.1.0.0 registered

Correct, the a/v encoder selection is only used for timeshift and recordings.

Is it possible that Jase is using an audio patch cable and brucep is using the PCI Audio mode?

I do not have the compro software installed as i never used it. I just have the latest drivers from the compro site. I have done a graph in graphedit similar to yours but without the transform filter and i can get working video and audio.
I am using the elecard mpeg encoder std version 4.0 do i have to edit the config file with this.

Yes i am using the audio patch cable i thought i had to for analog audio.

What settings are you using in the plugin config app.

Do you need to have the compro software installed to use pci audio.
