Audio Lag

I have a very noticable delay in audio via recordings or Live TV.  Is this a common problem that others see too, or can anyone suggest anything to look at.   I am using the PVR-350 for capture and output to the TV.  The delay is probably less than a sec but is noticable when watching.

I sometimes get a bit of lag when my system's being really slow. What are your system specs. I also ended up with my drive being 50% fragmented and was getting loads of stuttering which was fixed once i defragged.

Did a defrag and it appeared to fix the problem.

I've had this problem, too. I found this post, and tried it, and for at least my first test file, it did the trick! Thank you guys :-) Does anyone know if this is a problem with a too slow computer, or is this a "common" problem present on systems with varying speed?
