Fullscreen mode unaligned

When i switch to fullscreen mode with alt+enter, it appears unaligned! (too much to the right and down).
It looks fine when i set it to start up in fullscreen mode, but it can't get it to start up on my secondary monitor (Ati R9800PRO), it comes up on my main screen anyway!
I'm using the latest version.

same here with the unalignment.

I find if i click the maximize/restore button a two or three times, and hit alt-enter while it is maximized it will finally decide to work.

Ahh yes! It seems that the upper left corner of the windows (when not maximized) decides where the fullscreen window is.

It won't start on second monitor when you have the option checked on the config?

For alignment on the 9800: go to catalyst control center, TV properties, adjustments.
