Blank Live TV Screen

Hi everyone. I'm a new user to GBPVR and am having problems watching live tv. Each time i click it, it just shows me the channel i'm on but no video or audio. I have the VideOh USB edition (which i checked seems to be supported by the program...i think). I am also using Zap2It for my EPG. Under Config for the Capture sources i have direct recording plugin selected with the Adaptec VideOh capture card selected. I have Canada selected and internal tuner selected with Cable as the tuning. Is there something that i'm missing in order to watch Live TV.

No codec?

It shouldn't be a problem with the codec because i have cyberlink, intervideo and nero. Currently i have Cyberlink selected.
