sounds like you guys are having similar issues and they don't seem to be common ones. unless sub can pull some magic, maybe there is something common between you in regards to hardware / software (ie. video card, decoders, capture card, driver versions, etc). let us know what your setups are.

seems strange that this would be happening. you haven't changed the default aspect ratio settings? what happens if you have GBPVR in a window (ie, not fullscreened) and press F7?
THe desktop is running at 1024x786 which is what Toshiba recommend as the res for the VGA input. The actual res of the monitor is 1280x720 so I presume the DLP scales.
But I see from other posts that for this image resizing to work you need to be running VRM9? My onboard video card doesn't support this so I run in overlay mode. Perhaps that is the problem?
