EPG update freezing

When i try to update the epg(same the first time i did) GB-PVR config freezes.
I do have 1 in but this morning at 7 it froze also.
Im wondering if its because there is 990 channels?... and i should cut down to a 150 or so.
Also i accidently added another device. ( mistake) and if i hit remove then go to ok to save. (and the gb-pvr config would normally close) it freezes up.
Im not sure how to fix that...
EDIT: i reduced the channels and it didnt freeze this time.. .. still no clue how to remove the device without it freezing tho

I had the same problem happen to me a while back. unfortunately, I couldn't get the device removed either without the config freezing up so I just had to back up my skins and plugins folders and reinstall....someone else may have a better solution but that's all I could do...

Well right now im without any problems since it seems to record and view everything still fine..I might do that in the future to tidy things up or if it starts to cause anything.
