New ATI Catalyst drivers

Out of curiosity i tried the catalist drivers from ati for my theater 550 pro , shown on the powercolor site.
They dont seem to improve anything and i dont see anything worse yet ...
dont know if these are new drivers or not but i tried it.. (cant find where they installed or where to deinstall them) and i dont care as long as it changed nothing...
