The channel name column (far left) is too small. Looks like there is room to make it wider by at least 3-4 characters. That would make it look nicer. Right now that column can look pretty bad as you can see from the image. Oops, I cannot directly put a image here so you will have to take my word for it [Image: smile.gif]

I had kind of assumed everyone used images like me - see below. The text was only shown to let you know which channels didnt have images. Theres been a few comments in recent days that sound like a few people use it without images, so'll tidy up the text version to look a bit nicer for the next release.

Yeah the images in .16 worked but not .17. I didn't like the images because some channels didnt have them, really broke up the continuity of the listings and looked like crap. If it's possible in the next version to make the text a little better plus have the option of images or no images that'd be great [Image: smile.gif]

I don't get images anymore either, just text. Is that because we are using zap2it and not xmltv for guide data? I remember reading that zap2it didn't include channel numbers, maybe that's what you key off of?

Heh, just read this thread. After enabling the icons in the xml file I do see many icons now, even though I use zap2it for guide info. I still would prefer text and channel number though.

Can one of you US based guys, that uses XMLTV, email me a screenshot of the guide? I want to see what the number in the channel name currently comes out like. Either that or email me an XMLTV file.
